Surge attends Phoebe Sumter's Topping Out Ceremony
Surge, the Georgia Southwestern mascot presented by Phoebe Sumter Medical Center, attended today's Topping Out Ceremony at the construction site of the new medical complex. A "safety tree," symbolizing that no major injuries have occurred on the job site, along with the final beam were placed on the top floor of the hospital.
