The Georgia Southwestern men's golf team finished seventh in the 15-team field on Tuesday at the Outback Steakhouse Intercollegiate in Panama City, Fla.  Sophomore Craig Gibson finished tied for 16th overall in the individual standings to lead the Hurricanes. 

GSW moved up four spots from their 11th place finish at the Hombre Golf Club in 2009.  

Rounding out the individual scoring for GSW, freshman J.P. Griffin (75-84=159) tied for 34th amongst the 74 golfers in the field; while fellow freshman Nate Gahman (80-80=160) and senior Tyler Williams (75-85=160) tied for 40th place. Freshman Will Smith (84-80=164) tied Gahman for GSW's low round on Tuesday to complete Southwestern's scorecard.

Flagler College (285-295=580) ran away with the team title. North Greenville finished 20 strokes back to finish second.

Joel Dahlenburg from Flagler won the individual title with a 3-under (72-69=141).
