The Hurricanes are in Dahlonega, Ga., for the 2025 Peach Belt Conconference Tournament that started on Friday but had play suspended due to multiple weather delays. GSW will resume it's opening game against Columbus State University in the bottom of the third inning with the score tied 0-0 at 11 a.m. on Saturday.
GSW will play at least two games on Saturday. Here's the schedule for the day:
Game 2 - 11:00 AM (Resume CSU vs GSW)
Game 3 - 1:30PM (AU vs Winner Game 2)
Game 4 - 5:00 PM (UNG vs Loser Game 2)
Game 5 - 9:00 PM (Loser Game 3 vs Winner Game 4)
The opening weekend will be hosted by both the No. 1 seed University of North Georgia and No. 2 seed Lander University. The No. 8, 4 and 5 seeds will play at UNG. The No. 3, 6 and 7 seeds will play at Lander. Each site will feature a double-elimination bracket. The emerging teams from both sites will then meet at the highest remaining seed for a best-of-three series May 8-9.
