GSW inks Lowndes High standout

Tyler Hogan, one of the standouts on the Lowndes High boys golf team that dominated Georgia High School Association Region 1-AAAAA the last two years, has signed a letter of intent to play for Georgia Southwestern next year.

McKenney wins tournament in North Augusta

Less than two weeks after his collegiate career ended, Hurricane standout Adam McKenney won the Sunbelt Nissan Golf Capital Invitational at Mount Vintage Plantation in North Augusta, S.C. on Sunday. McKenney cruised to an eight-shot victory by a firing a 3-under 141.

'Canes finish seventh at PBC Tourney

The Georgia Southwestern golf team finished the 2008-09 season with a seventh place finish at the Peach Belt Conference Tournament on Tuesday in Carthage, N.C.
