Men's tennis team earns PBC Team Sportsmanship Award

The Georgia Southwestern State University men’s tennis team was recently named the Peach Belt Conference Team Sportsmanship Award winner by the conference office for the 2009 men’s tennis season.

The GSW men's and women's tennis teams were defeated by identical 5-0 scores on Friday in the first round of the Peach Belt Conference Tournaments hosted by Clayton State.

'Canes come up short against North Georgia

The Georgia Southwestern tennis teams dropped a pair of matches with North Georgia at the Susan K. Smith Tennis Complex on Tuesday afternoon. The women were defeated 7-2 and the men lost 5-4.
